Legal basis: Art. 56, section 1 item 2 of the Offer Act – current and interim information
Pursuant to § 103 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009, regarding current and interim information submitted by issuers of securities and the terms governing recognition of information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent information (“Regulation”),
POLNORD SA ("Company") hereby informs that it will publish its interim reports on the following dates of 2010:
1) consolidated quarterly reports (QSr) for:
QI 2010 - 17.05.2010
QIII 2010 – 15.11.2010
2) consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2010 (PSr) – 31.08.2010
3) single annual report for 2009 (R) – 22.03.2010
4) consolidated annual report for 2009 (RS) – 22.03.2010
In accordance with § 83, section 1 and section 3, of the Regulation, Company informs that it intends to publish the consolidated quarterly reports including the quarterly financial information and the consolidated semi- annual report including condensed semi-annual financial statements.
The company, acting in compliance with §102, section 1 and §101, section 2 of the Regulation, will not publish the consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth of 2009 and the second quarter of 2010.
