  1. CONSTRUCTION:
    • FOUNDATION – reinforced concrete monolithic plate,
    • OVERGROUND – reinforced concrete monolithic pole and slab construction
    • EXTERNAL WALLS – shield and layer walls: cast – reinforced concrete and layer bricked walls
    • INTERNAL WALLS – separating apartments: bricked and reinforced concrete
    • ROOFS – reinforced concrete monolithic construction
    • HEIGHT OF STOREYS
      • storeys 2 – 4: minimum 280 cm between finishing sub-floor layers (lows in corridors and apartment toilets with mechanical ventilation, minimum 260 cm – suspended ceiling made of GK plates);
      • storey 1: minimum 325 cm between finishing sub-floor layers (lows in corridors and apartment toilets with mechanical ventilation, minimum 295 cm – suspended ceiling made of GK plates).
  2. APARTAMENTS
    • PARTITION WALLS – bricked, in washrooms and toilets: at least 1.20 m high, made of full bricks.
    • ENTRANCE DOOR – steel wings and frames, steel one-wing door, covered with veneer, antiburglar, class C, inside width: 90 cm, three-direction bolt lock.
    • WINDOWS FRAMES – wooden, painted or aluminium windows, wings in the single frame, glazed with Swedish glass, heat penetration ratio: 1.6 W/m2K, selected windows equipped with elements allowing for blown air stream regulation; window wings opened and/or pivot and unopened elements; at the ground floor – antiburglar windows.
    • WALL AND CEILING FINISHING – clearcoled gypsum plaster, at bathrooms without clearcoling.
    • FLOOR LAYERS – cement dressing on sound insulation made of polystyrene foam.
    • WATER AND SEWAGE SYSTEMS – usable water conduits in apartments and shafts made of plastic pipes, distributed under the floor; water meters fixed in the staircases. Vertical and horizontal sewage system at the apartments made of plastic pipes. If technically possible, vertical elements inside the walls. If technically impossible, vertical pipes fixed on the wall surface to be individually covered by Buyers.
    • CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM – apartments: panel radiators, locally convector ones, with thermostatical valves; in bathrooms – wall radiators with an option of a system electric heater installation at one's own; conductors run under the floor; heat meters fixed at the shafts, accessible from the staircase; central heating distributors accessible from the staircase.
    • ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS – control panel in the apartment, electrical fittings (sockets, switches). Circuits: 3-phase cooker power supply, plug-in sockets to connect a dishwasher, washing machine. Low-voltage systems: cable TV, telephone, Internet, intercom – one per two-room apartment and two in apartments of more than two rooms.
    • VENTILATION – gravitational; in kitchens: option to connect hoods over cookers; in some apartments: mechanical exhaust ventilation.
  3. STAIRCASES:
    • BUILDING ENTRANCE DOOR – aluminium metal elements,
    • BALUSTRADE – openwork or construction made of steel profiles, handrail of stainless steel, open-work steel or glass filling.
    • WALL AND CELLING FINISHING – gypsum plaster, painted twice with acryl paint and suspended ceiling made of GK plates; in entrance halls, on selected walls: facing of natural stone,
    • FLOOR – rock tiles and stone insertions at selected places
    • STAIRS – milled rock tiles or terrazzo
    • LIFTS – passenger, electrical drive, produced, e.g., by KONE/OTIS.
  4. GARAGES:
    • FLOOR – , reinforced concrete, protected against wearing.
    • INSULATION – acoustic insulation of walls and ceiling – mineral wool plates
    • WALL FINISHING – reinforced concrete walls painted twice, locally covered with thin-layer plaster.
    • ENTRANCE GATE – made of segments, steel sheet, remote controlled.
    • VENTILATION – mechanical.
    • DOORS – naccess-controlled doors to staircases.
  5. FRONT WALLS:
    • BASE COURSE – natural stone.
    • EXTERNAL WINDOW SILLS &ndsh; aluminium sheet with lacquer coat, locally – stone.
    • BODYWORK TREATMENT – aluminium sheet with lacquer coat.
    • WALLS – painted front wall plaster, mineral or acryl, locally – facing of natural stone.
    • BALCONIES AND LOGGIAS – floor made of frost-resistant milled rock tiles, balustrades of galvanised powder-painted steel, locally – glass filling
    • PLATE GIRDERS – powder-painted aluminium sheets.
  6. SITE DEVELOPMENT:
    • o Green site with grass, low cover plants, bushes and trees, equipped with architectural details.
    • Playground for kids.
