Polnord has begun marketing the 119 apartments that will be constructed at the final four buildings of the 2nd stage of Tęczowy Las project in Olsztyn. The offer includes an extensive selection of one- to five-room units.
Tęczowy Las is a residential project enjoying strong interest among clients, located in a wooded environment, in close vicinity to Bartąg lake and at the same time well-connected to the central part of Olsztyn through Płoskiego, Sikorskiego and Obiegowa streets. Access to city ring road, currently under construction, will be provided by the Jaroty interchange, located 1.5 km from the estate. Second stage of the complex will consist of buildings 7 through 12. Unit sales at building no. 7 already exceeded 50%, while in building no. 8, 90% of apartments have been sold. Following Polnord’s expansion of the offer, clients can already sign up to purchase units in future buildings no. 9, 10, 11 and 12.
- Buildings no. 9-12 are four-story structures in a private setting, equipped with elevators. They will contain a total of 119, one- to five-room units of between 33 and 95 sqm, with a variable layout that offers plenty of opportunities to arrange the interior. Most apartments will have balconies, as well as terraces of 11 to 69 sqm. Ground floor residents will also have gardens of 20 to 159 sqm, says Wioletta Kleniewska, Sales and Marketing Director at Polnord SA.
An underground parking with 60 parking spots will be located under buildings 9, 10 and 11. Additionally, residents will have 71 external parking spaces and 121 storage rooms.
The buyers of properties at Polnord’s projects value their high quality and attention put into arranging outside areas of the estate. One example of modern architecture that is a perfect fit with its surroundings is the already completed stage I of Tęczowy Las development, which offers its residents a full range of services and commercial outlets. It includes a health clinic, a drug store, a dentist, a preschool, a postal office, a grocery store, a pizzeria, a vet clinic, a hairdresser and a beauty clinic.
- Polnord’s clients value the way we locate our residential projects. We want to make sure they combine opportunities for active and passive recreation, surrounded by clean, green areas, in close vicinity to full city infrastructure. Our flagship investment project in the capital of Warmia and Mazury, the Tęczowy Las estate, fits this concept ideally and that is why it enjoys such recognition among the residents of Olsztyn and people who plan to live in that city, Dariusz Krawczyk, the CEO of Polnord SA said.
