The construction and sale of apartments in Innova Concept, another project of FPP group carried out in Wrocław Krzyki, has begun. Innova Concept is the fourth investment of which FPP has begun the construction in the area of Nyska and Piękna streets in Wrocław. After the completion of Osiedle Innova, Osiedle Moderno and Apartamenty Innova, the developer known for its prestigious investments in Wrocław and Warsaw markets, commenced the construction of another project in Wrocław.
In the Innova Concept investment,
144 comfortable apartments with various layouts and areas, from 30
sq m up to 105 sq m, have been offered for sale. On the ground
floor, 4 commercial premises will also be built. The prices of
apartments range from PLN 7,797/sqm up to PLN 9,197/sqm gross.
Construction works related to the implementation of the project
began in March this year. The deadline for handing over the keys to
the apartments was set for March 2021. The general contractor of
the investment is Haras Budownictwo.
A high class, six-storey building with a façade
performed in warm colors is designed in a modern style.
Classical and elegant character derives from the use of glass,
metal and wooden finishing elements. All the apartments in Innova
Concept were designed with particular attention to the functional
layout of the rooms. A feature that distinguishes them are
high, panoramic windows and large terraces that allow you to
arrange comfortable spaces to relax.
The quality of the investment is determined not only by its great
location, but also by the use of innovative architectural
solutions, functional layout and careful finishing of common areas
in the building as well as direct access to green areas.
The architectural design of the building was developed by the
studio Dorożyński Pracownia Architektury - DPA Iwona
Dorożyńska. Within the investment, on the area of the inner patio
there is a space for resting and playing for children. From
the southern side, the recreation ground will border directly with
the public elementary school, and from the west and east it will be
surrounded by the wings of the building.
On the ground floor and in the underground garage on level -1 there
will be storage rooms. In the garage hall, in addition to parking
spaces for cars, there are also plans for two-wheelers and bike
racks. Parking spaces for cars are also provided outside the
building.
Innova Concept is located just next to the housing complexes
previously completed by FPP: Osiedle Innova, Osiedle Moderno and
Apartamenty Innova. The investment is well communicated with the
very center of Wrocław. There are bus and tram stops nearby, and
the Main Railway Station in Wrocław is 2 km away from the
estate.
In addition to the advantages associated with communication, the
location of Innova Concept also provides attractive infrastructure
solutions. In the immediate vicinity of the building there is a
primary school and two kindergartens. It is also close to the
University of Economics and the Faculty of Pedagogical Science of
the University of Wrocław. In the close vicinity of the
