Polnord sold the last of the 152 units of the first stage of Chabrowe Wzgórze estate, located at Gdańsk Kowale. The estate consists of five buildings, comprising a total of 291 apartments.
Chabrowe Wzgórze estate is perfectly connected, being four minutes away from the Tri-City ring road and 12 minutes from downtown Gdansk. It is an ideal choice for families with children, especially those who possess the Large Family Card. With the Card, families with at least three children are able to receive discounts on administrative fees and local cultural and entertainment services.
- Kowale remains one of the fastest growing parts of the Tri-City urban area. Even though formally it is not part of Gdańsk, it is serviced by Gdańsk public transit, has an extensive network of retail outlets and services and in September will see the opening of a combined school, says Wioletta Kleniewska, Sales and Marketing Director at Polnord SA.
The Tri-City area, is, beside Warsaw, one of key locations in Polnord group’s strategy. In addition to Chabrowe Wzgórze estate, the group is developing three other residential projects in Gdansk and Gdynia, Fotoplastykon, Studio Morena and Brama Sopocka.
- We will be strengthening our presence on the Tri-City market with the launch of new, attractive projects, including a hotel, an office building and a residential estate in Sopot and residential projects that will be developed on properties acquired in Gdansk last year. We want to expand our offer by adopting it precisely to clients’ needs and expectations. Thanks to our experience on the biggest Polish markets we know how to do this and that is why our investment projects are able to find buyers relatively quickly - says Dariusz Krawczyk, the CEO of Polnord SA.
In 2018 the group wants to start marketing over 1,250 units across 10 projects. In early July Polnord started selling 120 units (113 apartments and 7 commercial units) at a new project Wilania, located in Warsaw’s Wilanów district.
