Polnord launches sales of 50 premises as part of the Wiktoria investment
The latest investment of Polnord - Wiktoria - comprises three intimate buildings which will include a total of 87 apartments of various areas. The construction commencement date is scheduled for April 2019, and the date of commissioning is the first quarter of 2021. This is another project, after the one commenced in July this year - Wilania (120 premises), which extends Polnord range in Warsaw’s District of Wilanów.
The buildings that make up the modern Wiktoria complex will be located south of Adam Branicki street and north of the currently built Southern Bypass of Warsaw, whose commissioning is scheduled for August 2020. Such a location will make Wiktoria a very convenient place to commute to the central Warsaw districts and with instant access to the express exit routes. Designed by an experienced and award-winning studio of Medusa Group, the estate will be a separate and quiet green enclave with a recreational area of 1.5 hectares intended for exclusive use by its residents.
As part of the presale of the Wiktoria investment, Polnord offers a total of 50 larger premises - three-bedroom units with an area from 62.91 to 78.74 sq m and four-bedroom units with an area of 83.10 to 87.83 sq m, located in two intimate buildings, marked in the project with numbers 5 and 7.
- Wiktoria combines typically practical utility values with the unique care of the design, manifesting itself in such details as elevations lined with a graphite clinker plate or a stylish combination of wooden elements with structural concrete. Corridors and staircases will be finished with large-format gres tiles, elevator cabins will be covered with stainless steel, and the ground floor level will be decorated with practical and elegant mirrors. Attention to detail will be also manifested in the careful development of the housing estate, which will take the form of a park with benches, alleys and playgrounds - says Wioletta Kleniewska, Sales and Marketing Office Director at Polnord SA.
As part of the Wiktoria investment, 61 garage spaces and 74 outside parking spaces as well as 61 storage rooms are available to residents. Each apartment is equipped with a large balcony, and the apartments located on the ground floor will include gardens.
In November 2018, three
subsidiaries of Polnord concluded contracts with API Sp.
z o.o. for general contracting of three new investments in
Warsaw, i.e. Wilania, Wiktoria and Wioletta.
The contract value for the Wilania investment is approximately PLN 32.3 million net, Wiktoria is about PLN 25.2 million and Wioletta - approx. PLN 25.4 million net.
