In April, we began construction of the second stage of the estate comprising three parts: Wilania, Wiktoria and Wioletta, and almost immediately we commenced sales of 87 apartments in Wiktoria - says Artur Pietraszewski, sales and marketing director at Polnord.
The three completed buildings include premises with a height of 272 cm, with glazed balconies of the area up to 12.6 sq m or gardens up to 34 sq m. The deadline for commissioning the investment is the fourth quarter of 2020. The investment uses a combination of natural wood, architectural concrete and steel. Elevations will be lined with graphite clinker, corridors and staircases will be finished with large-format gres tiles. In Wiktoria, there are also 61 garage spaces, 74 outdoor parking spaces and 61 storage rooms. An important part of the project are green areas around the building. The general contractor of the investment is API, which implements all three parts, the value of the contract for the construction of Wiktoria is approximately PLN 25.2 million, Wilania - around PLN 32.3 million, and Wioletta - around PLN 25.4 million net.
