Polnord started marketing a new project in the prestigious Warsaw district of Wilanów. The company, one of Poland’s biggest real estate developers, is offering 113 housing units at the Wilania project, developed as part of four apartment buildings boasting modern design.
Wilania is three minutes away from the intersection of Al. Rzeczpospolitej and ul. Branickiego, at a well-connected part of Wilanów district. The location is ten minutes away from Imielin subway station and 25 minutes away by the no. 522 express bus line from downtown Warsaw. Within the next two years, the district will also gain a good connection with Ursynow district, an easy access to the Southern Warsaw Ring Road and a tram line connecting Wilanów with Mokotów district and with downtown Warsaw.
The concept of Wilania estate fits into Polnord’s investment policy to develop green, peaceful enclaves located at well-connected sites in large urban areas. Attractively developed recreation areas take up over half of Wilania’s space. High-quality, designer materials, a combination of concrete and steel, underscore the class and modernity of the project.
- Within the Wilania projects clients have at their disposal one- to four-room units with an area ranging from 32 to 89 sqm. The buildings were designed to increase the number of sunny corner apartments. The units have balconies of up to 12.6 sqm, or gardens of up to 34 sqm. All units come with comfortable parking spaces under the building and with storage rooms. Separate storage rooms for bikes and strollers will also be build, says Wioletta Kleniewska, Sales and Marketing Director at Polnord SA.
Each of the four buildings will contain just 30 residential units. The estate will be protected by round-the-clock security and all the apartments will have their own video intercoms.
Wilania is an ideal choice for families with children and for people who actively spend their free time. Close vicinity of the estate includes a sports field, a large playground and educational facilities, the nursery, a preschool and a school at ul. Ledóchowskiej. Skarpa Ursynowska natural reserve and Las Kabacki are just minutes away.
- The Wilania estate is yet another project which strengthens the group’s presence on the Warsaw market which, aside from Tri-City, is an area of out greatest activity. Years of experience acquired by the group means we are well able to identify the needs of people who are looking for housing in Warsaw and in other top Polish urban areas - says Dariusz Krawczyk, the CEO of Polnord SA.
